Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. She was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. Ariel took six year off from the stage after earning Pro-Card to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she came back to the stage and competed in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut show setting higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took an absence of six years from competitive sports when she earned her pro-card in order to complete her university education. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The team finished third in the event. In June of 2016, she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of her performance. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, given the level of competition. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using the machine and bent-over rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
